1. Booking Confirmation
All photography sessions must be scheduled in advance and confirmed via email. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of payment. Clients will receive a summary of services before the shoot. Please review this information to avoid misunderstandings.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your session with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within this timeframe may be eligible for rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) are non-refundable. Exceptional cases may be considered individually.
3. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. One reschedule per booking is allowed without charge. Additional changes may incur a service fee.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed case by case. If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal issues, a full refund will be issued. No refunds are given for completed sessions unless there is a quality-related concern. Communication is key, and we encourage open discussion in case of issues.
5. Client No-Shows
If a client fails to appear for a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered completed. No refunds or reschedules will be provided. We respect our time and that of other clients. Please communicate in advance to avoid loss of service.
6. Service Quality
We aim to meet expectations by providing sample styles and communication beforehand. If you're not satisfied with the outcome, contact us directly for discussion. We are open to re-editing select images within reason. However, artistic judgment remains at our discretion.
7. Digital Delivery Issues
If you experience any technical issue with receiving your photos, we’ll assist immediately. Download links are active for at least 14 days. Let us know if additional access time is needed. We do not charge for link re-sending during this period.
8. Contact for Returns
To request a reschedule or discuss a refund, please email us with your booking reference. We aim to respond within one business day. Include the reason for your request and any supporting information. We'll handle your request respectfully and privately.
